Now you can automate and simplify your order exchange process. Just send us an email at hello@aumarcat.com containing:

  • A photo of the product
  • Your order number
  • The reason for the exchange

 

After submitting your request, we will analyze it along with the photo sent and either approve or reject the request. Keep an eye on your email to check the status!

You are entitled to return and request a refund for your product within 7 days after receiving the order, provided it is intact and shows no signs of use, and up to 30 days to exchange it for the same item in case of defect, damage, or receiving the wrong item.

 

The return or exchange of the product can be done in the following cases:

  1. Divergent product from purchase: If the product received is different from the purchase, the customer can opt for an exchange for the correct item or a refund of the amount paid.

  2. Damaged product: If the product has damage caused by transportation, the customer can opt for an exchange for the same item or a refund of the amount paid.

 

Note: Exchanges for similar or different products are not authorized. You can only opt for an exchange for the same item in case of defect, damage, or receiving the wrong item.

 

IMPORTANT: Free gifts sent as complimentary items CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
