Our top priority is your complete satisfaction. If you selected your product in our virtual store but upon receiving it noticed a manufacturing defect or it does not match the merchandise received, we guarantee your right to exchange or return according to the terms below:

  1. Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.
  2. Product has a defect: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt.

To proceed with an exchange/return, the product must not show signs of use and should be sent directly to our PO Box. Once the item is received by us and all return conditions are met, we will process the refund or exchange of the merchandise within 5 (five) business days.

For product returns due to dissatisfaction: Once we receive the package, we will conduct an analysis to confirm that all return conditions are met. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you, and you may choose to:

  • Exchange for any other product available in our stock.
  • Receive a refund for the amount spent on the products (we do not refund the shipping cost if the delivered product is the correct model and in perfect condition).

 

Warranty: All products in the store come with a 30-day warranty, starting from the product's receipt date.

To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute proving the issue. This video must also show the packaging of the received product (postal packaging with the label). It is essential that the packaging is displayed in the video.

 

The customer can also prove the defect by sending photos that clearly show the defect. The product's packaging must also appear in the photo.

IMPORTANT:

Our warranty does not cover aesthetic damages occurring after the purchase of the product from our company, such as broken or cracked screens, among other similar problems.

The warranty also does not cover:

  • Damage caused by fluids, such as dropping the product in water or submerging it. While some products are water-resistant, there are certain limits that must be respected for each product.

  • Damage caused by attempts to repair or adapt the product by you or third parties.

  • Improper use of accessories.

  • Failures or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear—for example, screen scratches from usage, oxidation due to excessive uric acid from the product user.

  • Acceptable reduction in battery life.

  • Tests to verify the product's resistance, such as tests to check the watch glass's durability or water resistance, among others.

I requested an exchange. How long will it take to receive my product? Once the product's return is confirmed at our Distribution Center, we will analyze its condition. If everything is in order, the new product will be shipped within 5 (five) business days.

In cases of exchange or return due to dissatisfaction, size issues, or product discrepancy, we will conduct a quality analysis. If signs of use are found, the item will be returned to the sender without prior notice.

If the payment method was a credit card, the refund may be issued as a credit in your online store account for a new purchase, or as a reversal on the credit card.

Please note that credit card companies take 30 to 60 days for the reversal to appear on your statement.
